This hotel was in a great location but left a lot to be desired. There was never any hot water in the morning for a shower along with the rest of the room looking a bit dated. The first night there were several cars with windows smashed out in the back of the building then lots of police activity the following night. I think I will drive a little further next time and stay somewhere else.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was slightly dated but very clean. The customer service was outstanding from all. However I would like to personally thank Lydia Smith-Pollard for going over & above in assisting me. This place is the definition of Excellent Customer Service! I highly recommend & I’ll definitely return!!!

I don’t understand why there are so many recent negative reviews. We didn’t have any issues. The “club” I saw referenced is actually a mariachi bar, the area is well lit, chic fil a, etc. It is by a truck stop but we didn’t see any “unsavory” characters as was mentioned in a previous post. We didn’t have any water issues either. You can tell the hotel has older guts but for the most part it is updated with minor issues (like random wall patching in the room to fix where the door hit the wall). Overall no issues and we had a restful stay.

Housekeeping ok. Breakfast was on-time and fresh. Zero parking late on a Thursday night. Rooms are tired and need an overhaul. The plumbing in the building needs to be completely redone. Water temp in the shower was pulsing hot and cold. Flushed the john and dirty water spewed all over me. What's up with the TV controls? Front desk ladies were really really good and is honestly the difference between 1 and 3 stars. Keep on driving this is not your Hilton

Very nice and clean Hotel. Rooms were nice and clean and those pillows put me in a coma🥰. To top it off, breakfast the following morning was awesome. Definitely will recommend any Hilton properties to family and friends.

The only reason why I gave this hotel 3 stars for service because I felt as if despite our room being clean and nice looking it was also very cold. What made it more uncomfortable was the fact that the air conditioner was broken. We had such an issue getting it to work. Also be prepared for a $50 deposit although they give it back to you, I was still moody at the hidden fee. Oh btw if you plan on having house keeping that’s another thing added to your bill and be sure to do that at the time of booking in which none of this was mentioned before but other then that it was reasonable.

Raggedy. Terrible hotel. Checked in and was put in someone else’s room!!!! Ridiculous! Then had to drag all of my stuff back downstairs to get a key to the correct room. Several lamps in the room didn’t work so it was difficult to see! WiFi strength was terrible. Cold shower (had to wait 15 min for water to warm - never got hot). Water pressure was terrible. Day two of my visit there was no breakfast. Spills in the elevators constantly. Very noisy! Music from the pool area and parking lot was blasting all hours. Sketchy characters hanging out around property. I would NOT recommend this hotel and do not plan to return. Note: This property was selected as the host hotel for an event that was nearby.

Hotel was "ok", a little worn down but bed was comfortable. Didn't have a king room that I booked, had 2 queens instead. Not a big deal but be nice to have what I reserved. People were easy to deal with.
